What Are Executive Functions and Why Are They Relevant in the 21st Century?

An event to bring together teachers, researchers, professionals, parents and policy makers to address what action we should be taking to support the development of young peoples’ executive functions.

Keynote speaker: Adele Diamond, Professor of Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience, University of British Columbia

 

Afternoon workshops about how to support the development of childrens’ executive functions with Laurie Faith the creator of Activated Learning and Dr. Bettina Hohnen.

Followed by a reception from 17:30-19:00 to launch the Connections in Mind Foundation.
